Welcome to The Shala a sacred space dedicated to yoga and wellbeing.

The word "Shala" comes from Sanskrit and means "home," representing the warm, welcoming, and non-judgmental atmosphere you'll find here.

Our space is rooted in the traditions of yoga and infused with the energy of home and community, making it the perfect place for like-minded individuals to gather and practice together.

Our founder, Rebecca, is a dedicated yoga practitioner who seeks to share the teachings of the eight limbs of yoga with peace, humility, and respect.

She believes that yoga is much more than just postures and focuses on the fundamentals of the practice, grounding it in compassion, authenticity, and simplicity.

Becca's commitment to yoga as a means to come home to yourself sets the tone for all experiences at The Shala.

At the Shala, we offer a wide range of yoga practices, from Ashtanga to Yin, Hot and Non Hot providing something for everyone.

We also offer sound baths, breathwork, chanting, and Reiki, led by authentic and knowledgeable teachers and practitioners.

Our community is one that seeks to find more meaning and depth in ourselves through the practice of yoga.

We believe that yoga is not just about the physical practice but can be transformative in all aspects of our lives.

Our hope is that what is learned on the mat is taken beyond the four walls of our studio, empowering individuals to create positive change and new beginnings in their lives.
