Join us for a restorative long weekend at the beautiful Garth Barns on Garth Farm — 240 acres of rolling hills, woodland, a private lake and breathtaking views. This Spring Equinox retreat is designed to bring you back to source and support optimal health: movement, stillness, nourishing food and deep connection in a peaceful countryside sanctuary.
What to expect
- Thoughtfully paced programme blending energising and restorative yoga, guided meditation, chanting, sound healing and open‑water swims.
- Meaningful moments of silence, breathwork and a daily opportunity to go inward and reset the mind.
- Luxurious shared accommodation across Hafod and Ty Nant barns plus Garth country house, all set within the farm’s expansive land.
Weekend snapshot
- Friday (arrive from ~4pm): Settle in, 6pm practice in the shala, dinner at the country house, moonlit lake dip option, campfire, hot drinks, yoga nidra and an overnight silence.
- Saturday: Energising spring flow and outdoor swim, farm hike to the quarry, sauna/quiet time, and an evening Yoga Rave.
- Sunday: Chanting (108 mantras) and Vinyasa, optional cold-water swim, afternoon yin and sound bath, traditional Sunday lunch, evening puja and Kirtan around the fire.
- Monday: Morning Ashtanga practice, breakfast and departures.
